Course
The pride of Sound Foundations is making the right connection. I take a collaborative approach when it comes to therapy, your beliefs and ideas will always be encouraged and embraced. After all you are the utmost expert on you, your relationships and your family. Subsequent sessions will address established goals, making changes permanent, changing problematic interactions and self defeating thoughts. After four sessions we will review how things have been going (a time to be blunt and honest) if need be adjustments will be made.
All this helps to ensure that the best possible outcome is reached in the least amount of time.
